• Primary responsibility - Addressing tickets raised by business for various issues reported using ServiceNow. 
• Understanding SAP business workflows. 
• Troubleshooting OM/PA workflows. 
• Running audit reports to identify root cause and putting counter measures in place to correct any issues. 
• Responsible for verifying whether the reported issue is a master data or configuration issue. 
• Analyse the reported issues and accordingly raise tickets for system related/config changes to the configuration team. 
• Testing system/config changes across quality assurance and pre-production environments to validate the expected result. 
• Running payroll validation reports on fortnightly basis and providing the results to payroll teams. 
• Troubleshoot various scenarios arising from time to time to ensure execution of Payroll on timely manner. 
• Analyse business requirements for any changes to be incorporated in existing system to cater their needs. 
• Validating WT’s configuration in different table to ensure they are posted correctly. 
• Liaising with the payroll teams to provide advice on master data issues. 
• Interpretation of business documents with the design document to verify the system behaviour in different scenarios. 
• Assisting payroll teams with year-end queries to ensure their able to execute year end operations on time. 
• Helping team members with payroll related queries.

• Extensive experience with SAP (3-5 years)
• Strong communication skills
• Experience within an HR environment
• Government experience ideal (but not essential)
