Permanent Business Analyst Opportunity - Not-for-profit organisation - $140,000 package

Our client is a Not- for- profit organisation that provides insurance for a wide range of public sector industries. Putting its customers at the heart of the organisation, this NFP aim is to support their members to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Your new role
Due to organisational growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join the organisation on a permanent basis. The organisation is currently going through a large IT digital transformation program and require a Business Analyst to support this ongoing change, by working on several different digital projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 - 7 years of proven experience as a Digital Business Analyst
• Strong communication skills with excellent stake holder management
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, including workshop facilitation and documentation
• Strong understanding of Customer Communication Management, Analytics, Digital Experience Platforms etc.
• CBAP certified
• Experience with BPMN is desirable
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma is desirable
• Prior experience working in banking, financial services or insurance sector is desirable
