About the Role
In this newly created role, you will provide telephone, email, onsite and face to face technical support for all business and infrastructure systems, which includes identifying problems and provide potential workarounds and bug and enhancement requests across the Gazal and PVH Brands Australia Group, including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Heritage Brands.
Ideally, you are a graduate looking for an entry level commercial role or newly within the industry and looking for a new challenge. You will be passionate about the latest technologies and consultative in your approach in order to partner with stakeholders across the wider business, ensuring a seamless end user experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide telephone, email, onsite and face to face technical support for all business and infrastructure systems
- Support and monitor existing infrastructure, perform preventative maintenance work and backup
- Provide technical solutions to bug and enhancement requests
- Respond to 1st and 2nd level issues and planned work requests, managing items through to resolution or escalate as appropriately
- Maintain infrastructure assets and ensure that the data is kept secure at all times
Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified in Information Technology/Engineering. Networking or Systems Administration majors preferred
- Previous hands-on experience in support, systems administration, troubleshooting and deployment desirable but not required
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional user experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to teach others
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and apply problem solving skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management for competing priorities
- Interstate and local travel required; current drivers licence and own vehicle
