- Work as part of a tight knit DevOps team as the Security specialist
- Large scale Linux/AWS based environment
- Take ownership for the protection of this organisation
Due to growth this high scale SAAS platform provider is looking for experienced and passionate Security Operations Engineer to support their continued growth. Working as part of the DevOps team the core focus of this role will be to improve the organisation’s defensive security capabilities. To be successful in the role you will need have a broad skillset across IT Security including Networking and Web Application security as well as a passion for DevOps!
To make sparks fly you will have:
- Proven experience in IT Security Incident management and prevention
- Understanding of a broad range of Security concepts and technologies.
- Commercial experience using Splunk or similar tools
- Ideally you will have experience working on Linux/AWS platforms
- Excellent Communication skills and a passion for technology
