We have an exciting opportunity for a Application Analyst to join this leading Law Firm. The responsibilities include:

• Mentor the application support team
• Provide and manage Level 3 support of all Business Applications that are used within the firm
• Provide and manage application patches and releases
• Environment management
• Identify and manage continual service improvements
• Develop functional requirements to be included in the release management pipeline to enhance business application capability and functions

Requirements

• Prior experience working with a Legal Firm is a must
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience supporting business critical applications
• Proven experience solving complex technical solutions
• .NET development skills
• SQL Server development skills
