Experienced TechnologyOne (Ci) Business Analyst required for 12 month project in North Queensland
Your new company
An organisation in North Queensland is seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with TechnologyOne system configuration experience for a 12 month contract. This TechnologyOne Business Process Re-Engineering project centers around providing a solution to Customer Request (CR) monitoring from creation to closure.
Your new role
Working directly amidst the Project Team, the Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering key upgrades to the Ci Version of TechnologyOne while facilitating change management activities effectively across all departments. The Technical Business Analyst will:
- Define and map as-is and to-be business processes
- Conduct strategic needs analysis of all business functions
- Specify and model requirements
- Identify, evaluate and incrementally implement solution options
What you'll need to succeed
You will have several years TechnologyOne (Ci Version) consulting experience, with demonstrated expertise in the Property & Rating (P&R) module across its events, taxonomy (categories & groups), masks, and associations. Your excellent people skills and demonstrated success on a similar TechnologyOne CRM project team will make you a stand-out candidate for this role.
What you'll get in return
This role is a 12 month contract and requires the successful candidate to work on location Monday through Friday during regular business hours in a beautiful regional area of North Queensland.
