About the Role
Due to the continual investment in the development of Augmented Reality solutions to support our Marketing function, an opportunity has arisen for a Digital Product Manager to join our technology team on an initial 12-month contract. Based from our global head office you will manage the development and roadmap of our augmented reality app Living Wine Labels. Ensuring that TWE can deliver and maintain a high-quality app that consumers love to use, you will enable new brand experiences for our consumers. In addition, you will:
- Develop, manage and regularly communicate a digital product roadmap with visibility of key initiatives, enhancements and their status across all digital touchpoints, as well as business and sales activation activities and their status
- Ensure that the evolution of Living Wine Labels (LWL) and all related experiences solves business and customer needs as well as adding value to the user experience
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of enhancements, content additions and regional releases, through concept, scoping, production, testing, promotion, support and business adoption in collaboration with the creative, technical and business leads.
- Lead platform technical development as TWE’s point person for creative and technical agencies, responsible for prioritizing delivery, app performance and app experience.
- Own/manage defect, problem management and release management of the app and related experiences.
What you’ll have
You will have proven experience in digital product management ideally within mobile app development or immersive technologies. Project management experience is a must underpinned by your technical knowledge in AR, AI or UX. Your successful product lifecycle management experience will be as important as your natural ability to build relationships, network and collaborate with diverse global stakeholders while being able to gain buy and credibility through delivery.
