TRANSITIONS COORDINATOR

The Transitions department is responsible for extracting and transferring data from legacy systems to LEAP for clients globally. The department is not only responsible for the technical aspects but also manages clients’ expectations in relation to data collection, transition and LEAP delivery / installation.


POSITION PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
The Transitions Coordinator works closely with our existing clients on LEAP Office v10 to ensure the readiness and availability of their data for processing and delivery. They also manage the process of liaising with LEAP Certified Consultants and Transition Coaches in scheduling a client’s data transition.

Transitions Manager


RESPONSIBILITIES – HIGH PRIORITY/KPI’S
• Facilitate the scheduling of LEAP Transitions
• Timely collection of client’s data
• Monitor progress of LEAP Transitions and ensuring on-time delivery
• Create and maintain documentation and internal systems
• Written reporting on migrated data
• Support Data Migration Specialists with issues escalated during the data transition process
• Liaise with LEAP Certified Consultants and Transition Coaches to schedule LEAP Transitions
• Install data transfer software on client’s server / workstation.
• Liaise with LEAP Office V10 Clients to ensure readiness of the data and perform data collection
• Ensure client and accounting information are correctly imported into LEAP
• Investigate and resolve issues raised by Data Migration Specialists


KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
• Experience with working with legal practice management systems
• Understanding of database environments
• Ability to self-motivate, with a keen interest to learn
• Ability to work autonomously and within a small, goal driven team
• Ability to drive results and work to deadlines
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence to liaise with clients
