To help us along our journey, we are currently seeking a Presentation OTT Streaming Coordinator to join our Presentation team on a full time basis.

What you will do?

Reporting to the Presentation Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation and functionality of FOX Sports Streaming platforms. In this fast paced and dynamic role, you will also be responsible for:

• Ensuring LIVE bookings are correctly appearing on Platform.
• Checking and QA of scheduled LIVE and VOD requirements.
• Monitoring domestic and international Streaming and OTT Services.
• Provide timely, consistent and relevant communications in relation to incidents or delivery issues, ensuring our service remains highly effective and successful at all times.
• Understand redundancy profile for individual LIVE events, VOD, and disaster recovery situations.
• This roles requires work as part of a 24/7 rotating shift pattern including overnights and weekend work.

• You love working with new systems, products and Tech with a strong eye for detail and quality.
• You are reliable, flexible and proactive and collaborative.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have a strong technical interest in new systems and technology.
• You are a self-starter who is happy to work proactively, both autonomously and in a team.
• You are extremely passionate, organised, process oriented, can multi-task, and can work quickly while delivering quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
