As a Senior Project Manager (Agile/Scrum), your role will be to work on a large program of work, implementing a monitoring system.

This is the perfect time to become part of this fast paced, ever evolving company using the most up to date technologies across a number of new exciting projects. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• Ensure that the projects follow the defined project management processes,
• Perform business analysis to capture high level project requirements and hand these over to development team,
• Work with multiple stakeholders having competing priorities and requests, and
• Responsible for all phase of the project from initiation through closure with ownership of project schedules, communications plans, contingency plans and resource plans.

Experienced required;

• Proven experience in the management of complex technology projects (Note this is NOT a Technical PM role),
• Experience in stakeholder relationship management to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders,
• Experience in Agile methodology and understanding of Agile behaviors, tools and techniques,
• Strong leadership skills and experience dealing with difficult stakeholders,
• Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment,
• Proven experience in managing vendors to deliver successful project outcomes,
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines, and
• Previous experience within the Banking/ Finance sector advantageous.
