We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our clients' team in Sydney. We are looking for a highly creative and motivated individual with branding and digital-design experience, who wants to set up a career path into UX/UI. You will work as part of a team assisting the senior designers to deliver creative excellence to our clients. Requirments

• Strong design, visual communication, and visualization skills
• Prepare materials and stimulus and join workshops to capture
• Comfortable to input and develop creative thinking, design, and conceptual ideas
• Carry out research and correlation of materials for pitches, creative presentations and projects as appropriate
• Participate in working collaboratively and openly; brainstorming, sketching, verbalizing and prototyping, demoing

What we look for

• 1-3 years+ design experience
• Experience working as a part of a larger creative team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team as required
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Excellent attention to detail

*Experience with after effects and motion digital a big plus but not essential*
