Our client is going through some of its most exciting change to date, and to help them continue to focus on being a customer driven organisation they’re looking to hire a Senior Analyst to join their customer data and analytics team.
 
This role is accountable for the execution and delivery of key strategic initiatives of the Customer Experience department. With a wide remit across customer data governance, customer insight and Voice of the Customer program, this role offers the opportunity for someone to engage whole of business and lead change to deliver strategic objectives.
 
Reporting into the Senior Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
 
  • Support business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and derive customer intelligence
  • Lead change initiatives to deliver Customer Experience strategic objectives
  • Improve customer data governance by documenting existing framework and address gaps
  • Promote the use of the CRM System within our client as the central customer data repository
  • Drive the execution of the Voice of the Customer program

To be considered, the skills and experience required include:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in a business, change, data or process improvement analyst role
  • 5 + years commercial experience in a technology/business related environment
  • Excellent ability to collaborate with and influence teams and stakeholders
  • Experience developing requirements (highly desirable)
  • Ability to analyse large amounts of data and provide business driven insights
  • Previous consulting experience (highly regarded)
  • Not required but preferable, experience in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Understanding of project management and change management methodologies (desirable)
  • Ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate solutions
  • Demonstrated planning, prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Good understanding of customer data modelling
  • Excellent interpersonal/negotiation/diplomacy skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, changing and team oriented work environment
  • Enthusiastic champion of change and innovation
