About the Role
We are seeking a Service Designer to augment our Government client’s project based on our client’s site in Surry hills, Sydney .
Skills
- Experience in identifing pain points for users and for government
- Experience with design and iterate solutions to address points.
- Extensive experience in the design of digital services for large organisations and government
- Experience working in a User Centred Design environment
- Experience mapping complex service environments both as is and future state based on insights from user research
- Demonstrated experience of producing user scenarios, service experience concepts, blueprints and detailed service design as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated experience working on operational services
- High level communication and stakeholder engagement
