Change Manager opportunity to join global regulatory program in big four bank.
Your new company
A large and complex APRA Regulatory change program of work with a 2 year project time frame. Driving technology, process and behavioural change across global operations will impact operations, front line staff and customers.
Your new role
Change management role to join established program team, working to support the business in the implementation of a new regulatory standard from APRA. A global change, this new regulatory requirement will have a large impact across business and institutional bank changing the way the bank assesses and manages credit risk. There will be a large technology change to over 30 systems and an introduction of new processes and behaviours that will impact front line staff.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have:
- A strong change background and ideally experience in business banking, regulatory change or credit risk
- End to end Change management experience and knowledge of ADKAR principals
- Well developed communication skills, the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Ability to grasp complex concepts and articulate key messages effectively to the business
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
