Our client is a prestigious University located in Melbourne, currently seeking an experience Change and Communications Manager to join their high-performing team.
You will support a significant project to transform the University’s research management processes and enabling technology. This is a multi-year project sponsored at the executive level in the University.
It is large and complex, with significant impact to parts of the University community including professional staff and researchers.
What your day will look like:
- Stakeholder analysis and management
- Management of the Change Agent Network with the Senior Change Lead
- Engagement model development and execution
- Change impact analysis
- Change strategy development
- Communication strategy and planning
- Business readiness assessment and activities
We are looking for a change management all-rounder who is happy to get involved in any tasks required to ensure successful delivery.
What you'll need for success:
- 5+ years of experience managing complex change and communications
- Experience in the implementation of technology enabled business change projects where there is an emphasis on business transformation and service improvement.
- Excellent communication written and oral skills and have the confidence to lead a major change, with a large and complex stakeholder group.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders.
- Be a team player who can assimilate quickly with the project team.
