Secure Parking is now seeking applications to join our dynamic team at the Brisbane Airport Parking Control Room. 

This is a unique opportunity for those seeking to further their experience by working for an industry leader in a state-of-the-art control room, monitoring Australia's largest car park precinct.

To be successful within this role you will be highly computer literate and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills,  customer service skills and telephone manner. You will have the ability to work well within a team environment as well as an aptitude to be self-directed and resolve issues within the scope of the position's responsibilities.

Reporting to the Control Room Manager, you will have functional responsibility for ensuring the operations meets client requirements.  The position is a vital conduit for information and reporting between the staff, the client and the customers.

This position will suit individuals who enjoy working in a high-volume and customer service focused environment. The primary functions of these roles include:

• Front line customer services and support

• Alarm response dispatch

• Incident investigating & reporting

• Footage review

• Emergency management / liaising with emergency services

• Control room operations

• Front line customer services and support

• Problem identification and resolution in accordance with standard operating procedures

  Selection Criteria:

   

  To be considered for an opportunity with Secure Parking, your application must demonstrate that you have the skills and experience appropriate within the following areas:

• Available for variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

• Previous experience working in a monitoring centre or call centre will be highly regarded

• Right to work in Australia  

• Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)

• Professional personal presentation

• Exceptional work attendance

• Ability to manage multiple tasks as well as work well under pressure

• Ability to utilise initiative and prioritise workload

  Shift based rosters are in place, the ability to work evenings, nights and weekends is highly favourable. We are offering 25+ hours per week to the successful applicants.
