About the Role

Our opportunity provides ongoing development of technology solutions, mapping the business requirements to systems and the technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan.

• Contribute to and assure the technical architecture designs and configuration for the ICT infrastructure meets the requirements of Endeavour Foundation stakeholders and is delivered in accordance with policy, legislation, industry standards, and recommended practice.
• Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future Technology capability
• Provide a technical point of contact and co-ordination between Endeavour Foundation and relevant parties with regards to ICT infrastructure design and assurance
• Develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes
• Undertake objective, critical analysis to draw accurate conclusions that recognise and manage risks within the context of a project
• Explore a range of possibilities and creative alternatives to contribute to systems, process and business improvements
• Provides advice on technical aspects of system development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly
• Produces detailed component specifications and translates these into detailed designs for implementation using selected products

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Technology or equivalent and/or industry certifications relevant to Technical Architecture - ITIL Foundation (desirable)
• Knowledge of project management and associated governance processes to successfully deliver ICT/Technology projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into practical applications and operational solutions
• Led or participated in major end-to-end business process re-engineering or business transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to produce requirement artefacts: Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, data flow diagrams, interface designs, test plans and test cases
• A technical architecture background: you have a depth of knowledge across networks, servers, storage, backup, DR, and operating systems
• Proven experience in system and network design and development
• Architecture and solution design of a large infrastructure scope of works
• Technical assurance of complex, interdependent Technology solutions

Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).
