Due to the increasing number of upcoming projects, we are currently seeking the expertise of a highly-skilled Systems/Infrastructure Analyst to join our Service Integration and Transformation team in Canberra on a permanent basis.

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrate core business analysis skills and experience working as a Systems Analyst/Technical Analyst for mostly Infrastructure or systems projects.

• Understanding of the ITIL processes

• Experience in their previous roles with large scale projects as well flexibility and adaptability and with a desire to commit to long term engagements.

• Understanding of Hub and Spoke solutions

• Understanding of IT infrastructure such as:

»     Data Centre

»     Automation and Resilience

»     Storage and Back-up

»     Networks /Firewall Refresh and Load Balancing Consolidation

»     Hosting/Cloud

Skills & experience:

• Minimum 5 years analyst experience 

• Demonstrated experience as a Analyst working on complex IT Commercial and Enterprise applications/systems including sound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development

• Experience in development IT specifications and documentation

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse team environment

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills and ability to build, maintain and use relationships with stakeholders
