An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our leading FS clients to join an innovative and results driven mobile development team as a DevOps Lead/ Mobile Engineer. Your role will be to ensure that assistance for the development and maintenance is upheld throughout the delivery of the project.
Role requirements
- Establish mobile DevOps Engineering CI/CD processes and automation
- Having the knowledge and ability to identify and recommend the best technology to specifically improve processes within the Mobile DevOps Engineering
- Working closely with infrastructure teams to ensure the scalability and maintenance of all services are monitored.
- Collaboration with other DevOps leads to ensure all strategies are aligned.
- Mentoring and taking leadership for the team.
- Passion for technology including the ability to take initiative to research, POC and implement emerging technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Key Skills
- Extensive experience in configuring and maintain key services including Atlassian Bitbucket, JIRA, Bamboo, HP Fortify, Nexus, Artifactory, HockeyApp, SonarQube, Fastlane, Gradle, Django, Docker, virtualisation
- Establish best practice CI/CD standards, including surfacing build dashboards, gated branches in source control, automated testing strategies, automated deployment
- Windows server, Linux and OSX admin skills. General IT administration skills including the ability to create/write automation scripts (Bash, Powershell or similar).
- Knowledge of automated testing suites (including unit tests, automated UI [mobile], HP fortify, static code analysis
- Maintain internal key development infrastructure, including Linux and OSX provisioning, virtualisation, test networks and mobile device management
