Job Description

You will take responsibility for leading our cutting edge development team’s efforts in releasing and managing its cloud based SaaS applications.

Goals:

• Drive the automation, efficiency and effectiveness of the team's build, test, release and deployment systems and processes
• Responsibility for continuous improvement of tooling, configuration, infrastructure, resourcing, reliability and monitoring in our production environment
• Adopting the knowing and using industry best practices and best tooling applied to our production environments

Skill and Experience:

• Build tools (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, shell scripts)
• Cloud Environments (AWS or Azure)
• Containerisation (Docker)
• Production container orchestration (Kubernetes)

Familiar with, or interest in technologies such as:

• React, JavaScript
• Java
• Blockchain
• SQL
• Message Queues

Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience in management of cloud based production environments (Min 2 years)
• Based in Sydney office
• Full permanent Australian working visa required

Qualifications/ Skills

• Relevant university degree such as computer science or engineering
