The position of Salesforce Consultant will see you working closely with our various business units, engaging them to discover their current business practices and work with them introduce systemised ways of creating amazing client experiences and optimising and automating existing processes using the latest technologies.
Job responsibilities;
- Salesforce consultation and administration
- Work with stakeholders and end users to analyse and document business and functional requirements for our systems
- Assist in developing system architecture and integrations
- Analyse and resolve system errors in a timely and accurate fashion
- Creation and maintenance of systems’ documentation and basic training resources
- Basic training of end users
Ideal skills and experience;
- Salesforce administration and experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- End user training experience
- Self-driven individual with attention to detail
