The Company:
A Leading award winning FinTech that is growing and evolving quickly are seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead various teams and vendor activity​​​​​​​.  This is a newly created, leadership role that is ideally suited to a people leader, relationship manager, problem solver and business improver.
  
The Role:
You're an IT Service Delivery Manager that understands the nuances of working within a fintech and not an institutional environment.  You'll be reporting directly to the CTO and working closely with leaders across the business to ensure environment performance meets customer expectations.

• Your not defined by a job title
• You have a love of technology and a desire to be hands-on
• The ability to ensure sound vendor management processes and agreements that meet SLA’s 24/7 and support ongoing growth
• The ability to develop, maintain, and exercise the disaster recovery plan to ensure the availability of critical systems
• You will understand, or have a willingness to learn, streaming technologies
• You love learning everything there is to learn about IT service delivery and operations, especially cloud based services
