• Overall experience of 10+ year in the IT industry with atleast 8+ years on MF Service Center/Service Manager 9.x,
• Mandatory to have gone through atleast 2 end to end MF Service Manager 
• X roll-outs . Recent work experience must be on MF Service Manager 
• 11. Hands on Experience on the below MFSM Modules
  • Service Desk
  • Incident Management
  • Change Management
  • Request Management
  • Service Catalogue
  • Service Level Management
  • Problem Management
  • Configuration Management
• Hands On Experience in developing CIT Integration Scenarios. Strong Programming Skills required.
• Hands on experience on  MF uCMDB 8.06. Should have worked on the below areas.
• CIT Manager
• View Manager
• Enrichment Manager
• Federation.
• Good level of expertise on Oracle10g.
• Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process oriented.
• Should have been involved in design, coding and testing.
• Should have good communication and interpersonal & Documentation skills
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore model would be an advantage

• Experience in Continuous Integration tools, Agile methodology.
• Experience in developing reusable software components based on the design specifications.
