We have a vacancy for an IT support person who has good knowledge and an interest in graphic design software packages. Ideally you will strong technical experience and customer focus. Working for a franchise system as part of a professional services team you will be charged with a variety of interesting tasks.
The role involves project work, internal consulting to the franchise stores, system administration and support.
We are looking for an ambitious self starter with solid presentation skills and onsite technical support experience.
Skills and experience:
- Technical IT knowledge, particularly software
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal clients to provide the most appropriate solutions
- Good general knowledge of graphic design software
- Strong problem solving ability and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels
- Creating and delivering training content
