The role:
Reporting to the Cybersecurity Transformation Program Manager, this role enables establishment of a comprehensive cybersecurity risk management framework through development, implementation and maintenance of the following:
- Policies, standards and procedures
- Governance arrangements
- Security architecture
- Education and training
- Risk and compliance reporting / metrics
Responsibilities:
- Provide Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expertise to the Governance stream of Cybersecurity Transformation Program
- Development and implementation of Risk Management Framework.
- Be a point of contact for any Cybersecurity queries from Program team
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of five years in cybersecurity risk management roles focused on the development and implementation of governance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), ISO 27001, PSPF
- Expert knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to provide thought leadership in information security and work as part of a team in a complex organisational structure and IT environment
- Advanced project, analysis, problem solving, and business relationship skills
- Ability to present with credibility and translate technical and complex information concisely for diverse audiences
- Cybersecurity certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA
