Technical Account Manager / Integration Analyst
 
Objective
 
Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager this role is responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders and supporting our clients through external reporting for our Clients.
 
Responsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role)

 

  • Supporting our sales through external reporting for our Clients. This will involve creating CSV files and uploading these in to third party Practice Management Systems (PMS)
  • Supporting Resellers with adhoc technical and commercial support
  • Working with Third party PMS so they integrate into InfoTrack
  • Adhoc development projects relating to interfacing between InfoTrack and third party systems
  • Internal reporting - Pulse Reports
  • Business analysis through adhoc reporting as required
  • Liaise between sales and development on technical issues, not related to the core production system built in .NET

  • Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of Software Development in an Agile environment including: SQL, CRM (Salesforce), Reporting (SSRS), Software installations and IT troubleshooting.

  • Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners
  • Attention to detail and follow-up/ Process driven and takes ownership
  • Knowledge of the Legal and Conveyancing industry and process would be advantageous but not essential
