• Architect custom solutions of project and program or operational scope.
• Architect reusable solutions of project or operational scope.

• Must have experience of working on enterprise-wide ITSM solutions in a consulting role
• Must have good requirements analysis & design skills, including documentation & communication skills
• Must have excellent knowledge of either HP Service Manager or HP ServiceCenter, including:
  • Configuration & tailoring (forms, links, formatctrl, Script Library, Document Engine, Event Services, etc)
  • vertical/horizontal scaling, high-availability configurations SCAuto (email, paging)
  • Integration experience using SM7 WSDL’s
• Must have knowledge of HP Connect-It scenario implementation
• Must have excellent knowledge of Java and/or Javascript. Other programming/scripting languages will be considered
• Experience with HP ServiceCenter upgrades is desirable
• Experience across ITIL service support processes (Incident, Problem, Change) is essential
• Experience implementing ServiceCatalog is desirable
• Experience with Windows system administration & RDBMS is desirable
• Must have ITIL v2/3 Foundations certification, ITIL v2/3 Managers/Expert certification would be advantageous
• Understands future technology or operational trends as they relate to and support customer business requirements (“trusted advisor” role).
• Deep knowledge of IT and business standards and best practices in specific areas and how to apply them appropriately in solutions
• Expert or Master level of knowledge of specific technologies, IT operations, or IT disciplines
• Able to design planning for accessibility, scalability, and availability
