Revolutionary stuff right? To help reach this completely achievable goal, they are on the look out for a Change and Implementation Specialist- to do exactly that. Help change and implement. You will be responsible for the overall change management process. 

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

• Ensure change register is current and complete at all times showing future and past change activities and results
• Develop, maintain and ensure the adoption and consistent use of a robust change management process 
• Ensure processes are in place for communication of Information Service changes 
• Ensure that change compliance is enforced 
• Routinely carry out the review of change management processes and provide monthly reports
• Strategize the implementation management approach and recommendations 
• Ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with relevant information 

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following attributes:

• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• Negotiation skills
• Analytical skills
• Financial management 
• Change management (at least two years) 
• IT industry experience (essential)
