Join our team and lead our technology enterprise performance and efficiencies.
You will join us as a senior manager, and lead a distributed 10+ person team, to drive performance and efficiencies. In this role you will be a people leader and a coach, focused on building a strong team culture that promotes flexibility and empowerment.
You will sit within the Product and Technology Agile Business Management team, who provide strategic insights to the Agile Release Trains to equip and enable these teams to operate at optimal efficiency and deliver business outcomes with high commercial value. As such, your team will be responsible for budget and forecast management for our delivery and technology spend, resource management (including on-boarding for all new starters) and the implementation and adoption of business management tools into our division e.g. Clarity (PPM / timesheeting), Coupa (invoicing).
Reporting to the Product and Technology Chief Operating Officer and also supporting the Head of Technology, Business Financial Services - Business Management, you will take ownership and responsibility of the following key areas:
- effectively manage financials / costs for our Delivery teams;
- lead and coach the Agile Business Managers and Product and Technology Workforce Managers, who support each of the Release Trains;
- provide insights and analysis;
- drive changes to support our people and culture;
- assist teams to identify and manage risk.
In addition, there may be initiatives you will lead to support the Product and Technology Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Business Management.
You will bring a natural ability to work within an environment that continues to evolve, have ability to adapt with change, and be able to solve problems quickly, as well as offer guidance and support to team members. You will also be required to work closely with stakeholders at all levels and requires your willingness to dive deep into the details as well as be able to communicate at an executive level.
