To help meet the growing demands of the business and to continue providing the best solution to market, they are investing in their new product development team and are seeking a truly driven solutions oriented Java Developer to join this squad.
What you'll do
As a Java Developer, you will:
- Work within an Agile team to complete set tasks and stories
- Be hands-on in coding with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS & SQL ensuring it meets all design, quality and security standards
- Extensively unit test then manage the code through to deployment
- Work with product owners and business stakeholders in sprint planning and review sessions
- Learn and adopt to code in a DevSecOps culture
About you
To be successful in this environment, it is essential that you have significant full stack Java development (v8 and higher) experience and can demonstrate strong proficiency in:
- Development of complex Java applications through the full SDLC
- JavaScript including NodeJS, JQuery, Angular or React
- SQL and stored Procedures
- Hibernate and Spring frameworks
- TDD or BDD with automation testing experience with Selenium or Cucumber
- Developing REST API's
Most importantly you will be highly professional with strong communication skills. As an advocate for collaboration - you must demonstrate being a team player who values sharing your knowledge.
