About The Role:

The IT Cloud Engineer is required to assist with the planning, development, implementation and effective operation of NHP’s IT cloud infrastructure and supporting hosted services.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify and scope IT cloud solutions for NHP
• Disaster recovery
• Implement IT solutions for NHP
• Design and archetect cloud based solution in line with NHP’s vision. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations on projects in progress
• Maintain NHP’s IT Systems and Solutions
• Resolve support requests escalated from the IT support team
• Liase with vendors and suppliers and recommend improvements to the organisation’s cloud infrastructure and services

About You:

The ideal candidate has the ability to work both autonomously as well as within a team. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, has a customer centric approach and can meet deadlines.

Ideally you have:

- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 architecture, configuration and management
- Demonstrated Microsoft abilities
- A passion for Microsoft Cloud Technologies
- Experience with software, hardware, firewalls and cloud technologies
- An understanding of Intune
- Experience working with third party vendors
- DevOps experience desirable
