Full-time, Monday – Friday

7.30am-4.00pm, plus rotating on-call roster

 

Join this dynamic and close-knit organisation within the Medical and Software industry, for a Support Engineer Level 1/2 with a keen desire to deliver exceptional customer service, accurate technical support, with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude to supporting all stakeholders

 

The Support Engineers primary purpose is to provide Level 1/2 support for all internal systems and infrastructure across all sites. Working closely with the Systems Engineer to provide technical expertise, being the go-to person for identifying, resolving and ensure effective operation of the Virtual and Non-Virtual Server environments used across the enterprise.  

 

You will also be required to have some knowledge and experience across:

  • Desktop applications and hardware – troubleshooting, management and maintenance
  • Printing and MFD troubleshooting
  • Desktop and Standard Operating Environment (SOE) – build and Installation
  • Remote support
  • Logging and management of support request and queues 
  • Documenting system procedures
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server 2012 R2
  • Office 365
  • SCCM
  • PowerShell
  • PBX and Telephony platform

This position is suitable for candidates with at least 2 years in an I.T support role. Relevant industry certification i.e. MCP, MCSA will also be highly regarded.

From time to time, you may be required to visit various sites and therefore a drivers licence is essential and must have a valid Australian work permit.
