The Primary objective for the Business Analyst will be to:

Assist with the development, pilot and implementation of process design improvements
Support the Projects Team by:

- Supporting workshops

- Documenting processes

- Analysing data

- Documentation of procedures

Liaise with different organisational teams to gain agreement on deliverables and approach
Development of impact assessments, plan for process requirements, running improvement workshops and implementation of process changes within the impacted business.

The successful candidate will possess:

5+ years Business Analyst experience
Comprehensive stakeholder management
Strong documentation skills
Experience working on projects in a strong Agile Environment
Proven experience in gathering requirements including facilitating workshops and documenting requirements.
Experience and understanding of business improvement methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as creativity and the ability to work with abstract concepts
