Joining the Cardtronics Australasia Office, we are seeking enthusiastic and technically minded full-time customer service personnel to join the team in our modern and corporate Heatherton office.
The opportunity?
This opportunity requires a technically minded individual to manage customer service enquiries as well as provide technical support to customers. You will demonstrate with a broad technical knowledge, and demonstrate highly focused troubleshooting skills; the ability to perform in-depth diagnostics and a willingness to build a comprehensive knowledge of our infrastructure and technologies.
Your core responsibilities involve identifying, assessing and resolving technical issues. With training provided of course, you will also be liaising with our technicians and sales team to demonstrate the issues presented to you and assist with creating a solution. This is not a reception or administrative role but a technical role that requires someone who has a personality and a desire to assist others.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls to the help desk
- Providing help and answers to the customers' technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance
- Provide clients with a high level of customer service at all times
- Liaising with Technicians, Merchants and Third Party Support groups
- Achieving and exceeding set KPIs
- Ensuring there are no pending jobs at the end of the day
- Being proactive and making outbound service calls when required
- Analyse common trends to detect underlying troubleshooting problems
- Performing administrative tasks to support the functions of the role

To be successful you must have the following:
- Ability to learn and retain technical information
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently
- High level computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exhibit a professional and courteous approach to customers
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Attention to detail and a disciplined approach
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change quickly
- 1 – 2 years experience in a call centre performing outbound or inbound calls will be an advantage but not essential
