About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for administration and support of the Salesforce platform within St John Qld. Our Salesforce Instance is integrated with our financial platform (MYOB Advanced).  

The incumbent will take direction from and collaborate with the senior Salesforce Administrator who works part-time (Wednesday & Thursday) and who will be available to provide support, consultation and mentoring on the overlap day.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing user set ups and permissions (within set limits).
  • Assist with training of new and existing users to ensure Salesforce optimisation.
  • Update training manuals where required.
  • Import and cleanse data using data-load tools.
  • Update and create reports and dashboards as required.
  • Support super-users.
  • Action cases from the internal SF support case queue.
  • Ad hoc testing and assistance with deployments.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders and staff to identify opportunities to improve existing processes.

To be successful in this role your will need

  • Demonstrated administration experience using Salesforce CRM (Lightning & Classic UI)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator not essential but an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce analytical tools.
  • Experience using Jira (Atlassian) not essential but an advantage.
  • Experience using MYOB Advanced not essential but an advantage.
  • Sound technical knowledge and application to business environments. 
  • The ability to support and advise multiple stakeholders at various levels of the business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Conditions of Employment

  • Working hours are part-time – expected to be Monday to Wednesday – 8:30am to 5:00pm - but flexibility to meet family responsibilities is negotiable.
