Monitor Consulting is an experienced team of business advisory and project delivery specialists dedicated to achieving performance at all levels of your organisation.
Monitor are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to assist the project team for the end to end delivery of the solution from analysis through to solution implementation.
Our client is a leading digital banking company providing a range of financial products and services. As part of their expansion, they have decided to create new API scrum teams to accelerate API development, enabling digital product development to deliver further valuable features and functions to its customer. You will be passionate about your work and will speak strongly about your ideas and be wise enough to reshape ideas when the situation presents.
Expectations:
- Work closely with Delivery Manager and the product teams on planning and scoping out of API needs and requirements according to the API roadmap.
- Able to coach and mentor teams on scrum whilst guiding them to deliver on their sprint commitments and API roadmap milestones.
- Champion the execution of agile practices and scrum ceremonies, act as an agile evangelist and encourage the team to experiment and learn to eliminate waste, and improve their ways of working to attain a state of self-organization and planning.
- Work with technical stakeholders (Developers, Development Managers, Head of Technology, DevOps) and offer support to roll out and adopt usage of new technologies and patterns (Micro-services, CI/CD etc.) practices across scrum teams.
- Participate in Product Forum sessions with Digital Leadership team to review Team Health, brainstorm and discuss new and innovative ways to problem-solving, and improve team morale, health.
- Work with Delivery Manager and the team to cultivate a culture of maintaining visibility and transparency on risks, impediments and progress made.
