Our client, a Government Sector, is currently looking for a PMO Financial Analyst, you will provide the overall management and governance of all the financials relating to the projects within the Major Projects Portfolio. This includes managing the portfolio and project budgets with appropriate forecasting. There is also a need to ensure there is an appropriate financial model that shows the forecasts as the projects progress and adherence to budget for each of the projects.
Requirement:
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
- Capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and self-direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high quality work.
- Ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement while maintaining a strong customer service approach.
- Experience:
- Finance Analyst team member in a major end-to-end business process re-engineering or transformation initiative.
- Finance Analyst team member in major Information Technology delivery projects ensuring solution enables business processes.
- 5+ years of Data Modelling, Finance Experience.
- State Government experienced is an advantage.

- Desired business and/or technology tertiary qualifications
