My client is a global leading IT solution provider who is driven to providing innovative ideas to their established client portfolio!
We are looking for an energetic and motivated graduate who is great at building relationships and eager to continuously learn.
As an IT Account Manager you will be able to self-manage your work load and work both autonomously and as a team!
The Role
As the IT Account Manager you will working alongside like-minded colleagues provide each other exceptional support and be responsible but not limited to:
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Reporting to management on market intelligence, customer requirement and activity
- Managing an established portfolio
- New business development
- Handling both inbound and outbound sales queries
- Proving exceptional customer experience
- Executing presentations including quotes and product brieffs
The Rookie
The successful Rookie would have been in a similar position will possess:
- Completed a degree in IT&T
- Passionate about technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written
- Sociable, engaging and great level of maturity
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to work independently
