Job Role- Technical BA

Location- Sydney

Job Role-

• Liaise with internal Business and IT teams to gather, analyse, define and document detailed requirements, functional specifications and processes for application on boarding and enhancements in IDAM solutions deployed in the Bank using agile analysis methodologies and tools
• Liaise with Application teams to understand and document applications, ACL’s, Workflows, etc. to be integrated with IAM systems
• Analyse data and process information prior to integrating the process and data within the identity management tools.
• Support the business by troubleshooting and resolving issues both tactically and strategically as a first point of contact.
• Support and co-ordinate system implementations through the project lifecycle (analysis / design, testing, rollout and hand-over) working with other teams on a local and global basis.
• Ensure all work meets the Bank’s standards of design and quality.
• Identification of the risks associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for not implementing the solution
• Support and participation in testing activities including unit testing, BA testing and system testing ensuring adequate project coverage
• Ensuring stakeholders and end-users are appraised of all change and impacts and the necessary organisational change management has taken place, including required training and stakeholder communications
• Ensuring technology solutions are aligned with the Group’s enterprise architecture and Enterprise Services Risk Appetite Statement
• Completion of project work stream deliverables including ensuring appropriate quality control/sign off.

Job requirement-

·         Minimum two years of business analysis experience           

·         Experience in BABOK and/or agile business analysis methodologies

·         Proven track record of applying BA techniques to analyse and model business systems

·         Ability to liaise with all levels of staff both from technology and the business streams

·         Software and solution delivery lifecycle experience

·         Experience working on application development delivery projects

·         Experienced in end-to-end delivery of small projects or streams of work

·         Data analysis / manipulation

·         Writing Business & Technical documentation.

·         Must be able to work effectively both independently and as a team member

·         Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills

Desirable

·         Knowledge of Identity & Access Management systems and processes

·         Experience working in a security domain

·         Relevant IT or business tertiary qualifications

·         Recognised industry certifications

·         Financial Services Industry experience
