Reporting to the Application Services Manager, this permanent, full-time position is responsible for facilitating and ensuring the Scrum framework is followed within the team to deliver value from application changes across RAC in accordance with agreed service levels.

Working in a wider team of CRM experts, to be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the ability to help mature our Agile capability and work with the CRM product owner to ensure the product team follows Scrum principles in the delivery of business value. Experience with working with D365, Salesforce or other SaaS product(s) would be highly advantageous.

What you will be doing?

• Organise and facilitate effective Agile delivery rituals
• Ensure communication transparency, inspection and adaptation principles are implemented
• Promote a collaborative self-managed team environment fostering creativity and innovation
• Facilitate the test and optimisation process through the Agile delivery stream
• Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders

What we are looking for in you?

• Previous experience of delivery using Agile, Scrum and/or Dev-Ops principles
• Demonstrated understanding of fundamentals of quality testing assurance
• Strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamic CRM deployment frameworks highly advantageous
• Project experience in .NET Applications and Microsoft technology stack and tools
• Broad experience in one or more of the major scripting languages and web interface design framework (i.e. HTML 5.0, CSS selectors, XML, Perl, Silverlight, JavaScript etc.) is desirable
