About the Role
As a Business Technical Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience being delivered through PPM. This will require an in-depth understanding of our users, the application both at a functional and technical level, along with our business processes.
You will also spend time managing releases including stakeholder engagement at all levels; triaging and resolving defects; identifying and implementing continuous improvement of processes to ensure best use of the application; and putting in place systems to monitor data and process consistency.
You will be supported by the Program Coordination Manager and Project Analyst, as well as the software vendor team.
Other key responsibilities will include:-
- Running workshops with the wider UniSuper project management community to gather requirements and get stakeholders in alignment
- Work with technical and business experts to scope and define new work
- Analyse, monitor and track the progress on problems within PPM
- Lead continuous improvement including process efficiency and user satisfaction, and undertake detailed analysis on user request and understand the cause of these
About You
To be successful in this role you will have strong experience in a similar project coordination type role, possessing good working knowledge of a multitude of functional and technical queries in pm applications.
You will have well developed stakeholder management skills, and be able to navigate different user requirements and opinions to provide a seamless service with the most appropriate outcome.
You will present with a wealth of system and administration experience; and have an understanding of both Agile and Waterfall practices. Most importantly, you will be confident in what you do, be able to manage multiple stakeholders and have a real positive ‘can-do’ attitude!
