Our client has a variety of application project kicking off. They are in the market looking for an ITC Project Manager with experience in working on business transformation projects around Marketing and Recruitment using Adobe Marketing solution.
 
Specific accountabilities will be to provide leadership to the team, manage the schedule, risks, issues and be accountable for governance, budget management and reporting. Your role will also require a high level of stakeholder management, as the Project impacts a number of diverse stakeholder groups.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Defining project scope, budgets and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project sponsors and business Units.
• Conducting strategic analysis of allocated projects including resource requirements and allocation.
• Develop proposals, business cases, and requirements documentation for projects, and including assisting with scoping, planning and allocated budget estimation
• Ensuring projects are implemented in keeping with policies, framework and risk and compliance standards.
• Carrying out complex negotiations and mediating between the conflicting interests of different stakeholders, influencing and persuading a wide range of people in order to overcome obstacles and deliver project outcomes.
• Gather appropriate information, benchmarks and best practices from other institutions, including international comparators, and identify how they be applied
• Map business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate the development of improved business process and their implementation
• Responsible for programs involving major change which may impact on other areas of the institution's operations.
• Organizing and managing all phases of the allocated projects including day-to-day operational activities, financial aspects of the allocated projects, including forecasting, budget reconciliation and reporting.
• Building project teams and managing resource needs based on project requirements and the allocation of internal and external resources.
• Provide leadership and coordination to staff and management of both internal and external resources, to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient ICT services.
• Track and manage project scope, key project milestones, risk mitigation and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet project deliverables.
• Planning and preparation of project communications including stakeholder management and reporting

To be successful, you will need:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects with multi-functional teams
• Experience with implementing Marketing and Recruitment Solutions using Adobe Marketing solution
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Experience in managing multivendor teams
• Must be able to deal with complexity and very solid with Project Management technical skills such as ability to develop and manage schedules, financial workbooks
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills, ability to work with teams at varying levels of project experience
• You should be familiar with multiple models of technical project delivery such as agile and running sprints but equally able to build confidence with the steering committee by setting and achieving deadlines on timing and scope
