Our client has an urgent need for an experienced Business Analyst to deliver on multiple outstanding BAU systems projects initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

• Documenting technical specs for our new TD import
• Documenting tech specs to update existing imports from a data quality perspective
• Gathering and documentation of technical specs when our client starts to move into the next stage of development
• Assist with the development of formal full UAT documentation
• Collaborate with IT and business/program managers to ensure requirements are clear and comprehensive
• Document new business processes, using our client's procedures and work instruction templates, in priority order and to agreed timelines.

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to develop clear project plans and timelines, lead regular communications with stakeholders and monitor project progress ensuring budget and required standards are maintained
• Experience in systems implementations concept to delivery, process re-design, current and future state process mapping, aligning technical specifications to business
• Technical competency with MS Office Suite, e.g. SharePoint, MS Project, MS Visio and SQL
