Are you an experienced and skilled Technical Support Officer available to utilise your IT support skills.
Our well established and esteemed client is seeking services of an experienced and skilled Technical Support Officer to join their IT support team and assist them in looking after valuable projects
To be considered for the role you will need the following skills:
· Experience in Windows and Linux server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS)
· Provide first and third level support including incident recording, resolution where possible (including remote support), and escalation, across a variety of computing and communications environments while adhering to established incident management processes.
· Experience in Virtualised environment - VMWare, Hyper V
· Knowledge of Level 1 and Level 2 networking concepts
· Experience in Hardware builds, installations and rollout.
· Assist with the maintenance of the ICT configuration management database (e.g. equipment and user location data).
· ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred.
· A current "C" class driver's licence valid within the State of Western Australia.
· Desirable:
· Experience with Windows Server 2016, Windows 10 support
· Experience with AWS and Office 365 (Exchange Online and Azure AD)
