Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of competitor products, applications and services supporting competitor matrices.
• Identify available technologies, industry trends and user requirements.
• Identify, gather, interpret and document business requirements to assist with planning, design and delivery of enhanced business processes to meet organisational goals.
• Plan, estimate, and report on Business Analysis activities & deliverables. Review and revise documentation in light of any new information and/or changes to initial assumptions, including implications for project time, cost, quality & risk.
• Gathering and collation of ‘current state’ including technical and non-technical requirements
• Ensure that customer and project deliverables are documented and road-mapped and that these are effectively communicated to the Business and Customers.
• Ensure software test & release process deliverables are prepared as development enters test phase.
• Take a whole solution approach with new product development. End to end use cases to be considered in consultation with relevant technical team members.

• Conduct initial business analysis stage to define software and hardware requirements and specifications to guide program design and development.
• Identification and implementation of industry best practices (processes, tools, technology) to drive high-quality results throughout business analysis activities.

Key Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years experience in system analyse
• Thorough knowledge of ICT and software applications
• Experience in project delivery and management
• Have business or finance background
• Tertiary (trade or university) qualifications in computer science, engineering, project management or equivalent.
• Intermediate/Advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Team Management
• Experience in Asia market
• Proficient English and Mandarin communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to conduct research into software issues and products as required.
