Must have strong technical and network knowledge, with service management experience. Experience in project management and change management methodologies. 

Duties & responsibilities

• Contribute to the setting and adherence of Infrastructure Services 
• Ensuring service alignment with banking security and operational policies
• Manage IT services; network, capacity, platform, sociability factors
• Improve quality, performance visibility and reliability of services
• Work with project teams to identify and provide right fit, standardised IT services
• Lead service maturity initiatives to effectively manage IT services; development, offering, enhancement and retirement
• Identify and mitigate issues and risks that may impact stakeholders
• Provide reporting on effectiveness of IT services and define service road maps for assigned services

Skills & Experience

• Strong technical experience and understanding of technology
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework
• Experience working with external IT service providers
• Experience with network security and load balancing technology
• Project Management and Change Management methodologies
• Experience working in a large corporate environment with multiple stakeholders and vendors
