Our development toolkit includes (but not limited to):
- TDD, pair programming

About you:
This role will fit you best if you are a hands on engineer with experience in java/golang, CI/CD, AWS, micro services, container orchestration and event-sourcing.Familiarity with domain driven design, evolutionary architecture and open banking standards will help.
- You’ve got good judgement in considering the trade-offs of distributed computing (CAP theorem)
- You’ve dev-ops mentality; you build it, you run it.
- You are more concerned with team wins, rather than personal achievements.
- You’ve got experience in a modern, dynamic engineering team that solves customers problems
- You thrive on the challenges that come with changing a system of work.
You'll be familiar with agile ways of working, work better as part of a team and be comfortable teaching others what you know.
