Are you a delivery focused SCRUM Master with experience setting up a team from scratch? Do you live and breathe Agile? This is a role predominately focused on DevOps and Automation.

Located in Melbourne CBD - Our client is seeking a talented and driven SCRUM Master for a contract position to be part of a cross functional Automation team consisting of BA's, Product Owners, Developers and QA 's. Key focus for the team would be to work through the backlog of enhancements and new feature requests with the aim to manage high levels of CICD and Automation. 

Measure of success:

• Demonstrated track record as a SCRUM Master/Iteration Manager for more than 5 years
• Experience with Agile practices and educating the team (SAFe Agile preferred)
• Experience working with multiple streams, an understanding of release trains and SAFe
• Experience with DevOps/Automation projects
• Strong Kanban and SCRUM and a pragmatic approach to process that is 'fit for purpose'
• Track record working with Delivery Managers, Product Owners and the business to prioritise work
• Strong leadership and ability to build trust, remove roadblocks and build a high-performance team.
• Highly collaborative approach and desire to work in a supportive leadership team with the goal of taking process and people to the next level
