This position is ideally suited to someone with a minimum 5 years industry experience who has worked their way up through technical support levels and is now looking to progress their career to the next stage or has already taken that step and is looking to develop themselves further through supporting the day to day operations and strategic development of a family owned business with our 40 sites located across the country.

While you will be providing technical support at all levels to our internal customers you will also be actively involved in bigger picture projects specially aimed at developing and improving business operations.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience to tier 3 or equivalent IT service and support levels
- Development and administration of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
- Implementation and administration of other Microsoft products including Exchange Online Sharepoint, Power BI plus some other SAAS and cloud servicees
- Administration of VMWare server virtulisation and veeam
- Support and administration of local and wide area wired and wireless networks

DETAILS OF THE ROLE
- Out of hours on-call work will be required on a rotating roster
- You will require a driver's licence and own vehicle as site visits will be necessary from time to time
- Some interstate travel may be required however this will be rare
- National Police Check (PD267)
