Increaseo is a busy progressive digital agency based on the Central Coast of NSW working with a diverse range of companies, both small and large, local and international.  We pride ourselves on having a very solid knowledge of the digital landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Digital Project Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities typically include:

• Working with the client to understand the client’s overall business objectives and strategies and how each project fits into their overall business strategy.

• Working closely with our development team and ensuring the outcome meets the client objectives

• Develop project scope documents (including but not limited to sitemaps, wireframes, functional and technical specifications and project plans), manage the development process to minimize scope creep and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, involving management in issue resolution as necessary.

• Working with larger WordPress builds and Custom developed CMS systems

ABOUT YOU

• A passion for web

• Proven Digital Project Management experience.

• Familiarity with Web development technologies, including content management systems, HTML, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with best practices in Web development, including accessibility, usability, and design.

• Ability to interact with clients at a variety of levels and across functions, and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

• Enjoyment and understanding of technology and the Internet

• Ability to handle budgets and deliver KPI targets.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Passionate about self-education and professional development.

• Highly organised, proactive and dynamic.

• Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for reporting and insights.

• Be comfortable liaising with clients.

• A high attention to detail and focus on accuracy and consistency.
